SHIPPING PROCESS

 

All of our macarons are shipped using USPS 2-3 day shipping. We only ship our macarons on Wednesday to ensure they get in your hands before the weekend. This means if you order after 3pm on Tuesday it will ship out Wednesday of the following week. Our macarons ship in a custom molded carton, but with the fragile nature of macarons it is possible that some may arrive broken. This does not affect the taste of the macarons.

 

SHIPPING GUARANTEE

 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Joyful Baking Company is not responsible for packages that are returned or re-routed due to incorrect addresses. Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.

 

GUARANTEED FRESHNESS

 

All macarons are shipped using FDA approved ice packs and packing peanuts. When receiving your macarons you may notice your ice pack is no longer frozen, but that is ok, the purpose of the ice pack is to keep the macarons cold for 24 hours of its shipping journey.
